Mandatory overtime. employees are expected to figure out how to make a quality product with broken or non functioning equipment. Work area is filthy, crowded, unorganized and generally unsafe. the training is poor and a general lack of consistency in every aspect on the floor. Concern for the employees is nonexistent. Its all about pushing more product out the door no matter what the cost.(As long as it doesn't cost the company) Upper management bonuses come first, safety is last.l

Weak Union but not willing to work with management to keep jobs in house. Union stuck in the not my job mentality. No wonder the out-source all machine shop work to Mexico. Management doesn't want new ideas and union wants employees are poor performers due to lack of discipline. Both sides are have weak upper management.
