      Speed and quantity with very little quality

      Pros

      Managers and union employees make great pay, the parts and processes are interesting

      Cons

      No communication, lack of knowledgeable leadership, employees thrive on assigning blame and avoiding resolution, projects are almost never completed, no follow through in any aspect, managers spend more than 80% of their time in meetings resulting in very little decision making and face to face interaction. Poorly run company all around

      Pros

      Opportunity to move up if you want it. Opportunity to develop leadership skills because of the need for leadership in company.

      Cons

      Frustrating. Company unwilling to spend money on what will return money and save money in near future. Not much logical analysis and planning put into major decisions or the need to make decisions. Massive need to put more effective organizational systems in place. Not the best health and safety program. Unwillingness to spend money for that program.

      They pay very well but don't let that fool you ...

      Cons

      No accountability for employee (hourly) actions. Weak but very nasty union environment. The place is a real mess. Hard to believe they process aerospace parts, scary thought. Very nasty management, especially on the energy side. Very high turnover for engineering and highly skilled positions.
