It is evident that most individuals in management or leadership roles have very little experience. Your personal life will always be under attack. No clear strategy for long term growth or career advancement. Not a place to work if you are looking to advance quickly and maximize your income potential. Its actually looked down upon. No one really understands how commissions are calculated, including the finance department (weird). if you have eyes on the back of your head and don't mind pulling a knife out of your back on a regular occasion, its not terrible. A lot of top talent has left over the past few years. I anticipate there is more to follow.
