-Great people to work with, honest, hardworking, they will always do the right thing even if it costs more or is hard. -They treat their employees great.

Cons

Honestly i havent noticed any cons, i guess maybe one could be that they are growing so fast and unpredictably its sometimes tough to know the path to leadership positions.
