-Best people ever - Great work environment - Lots of Creative freedom - Easy to request time off when needed - Could work form home ever once in a while - They love to help you learn and grow your skills - Best CEOs I've ever had

Cons

- Not a lot of room for growth - Projects can seemed rushed and sometimes they just want quantity and not quality - Sometimes it's a little too self-run meaning your boss almost never checks in on you and/or is hard to get approval on certain project because of their availability
