- Fun people and culture - Family friendly (good work like balance) - Decent benefits, but a lot of PTO which is nice - Growing company (so lots of potential) - Fun company events - Our company is the best in the industry

Cons

- Slow to make changes (overall they know what things need to change, just takes forever to actually do those things) - Other typical issues associated with a company that grows really fast.

Pros

The culture at Precoa is something that can't be matched and it's rare to find a company that cares so much for its employees. It's also really nice to work for a company with established morals and integrity within their top management. Even though the days can feel long at times, I thoroughly enjoy spending them with the people that I work with. I also feel that my input is valued and ideas are considered within the management.

Cons

Just like any young company, there are some growing pains, but if you can be patient and see the bigger picture then you can see this company will continue to be a major player within the preneed industry.

Pros

Definitely a fun filled culture with a lot of hype and excitement to find success in the funeral world. Lots of young people around and a great way to start a sales career out of school.

Cons

Bro club. You also get to a point where they feel like you are making good money and they do all they can to pretty much stop your progression in making a whole lot more money as you grow within the company. The progression is slow and they tell you things you want to hear and tell you they will communicate things to you and take it back to corporate to figure out and they never get back to you. Super frustrating! Field management is super young and most of the manager with Precoa haven't worked anywhere else or have any other real long term experience else where. All they know is Precoa. Also will push you out slowly if you don't fit the culture and if you begin to sound like you are "complaining". A lot of talent has left over the last couple of years and it will continue that way. Also starting to get saturated out in the field to develop into management roles.

Thank you for your insight. I agree that we have seen some growing pains within our field management program over the last year or two. We have taken steps to diversify our recruiting efforts and find candidates with a broad range of experience and background. That said, these kind of changes take time to implement and we appreciate the patience of our employees as we continue to make improvements. We definitely agree with the advice that you provided. We are currently looking for a very experienced executive to join our leadership team as the leader of our Finance area. We are excited to find someone with a broad range of experience and learn from and with them as we continue to grow as a company.
