Pros

Great fellow employees, very friendly place work. Employees of all ages. Open kitchen and fun company activities including a formal Christmas party and company picnic.

Cons

Disproportionate male management to number of female employees and religious bias is evident. Each department runs almost completely blind of what other departments do

Values do not align with actions

Pros

Precoa is a great place to start your career. There are a lot of really great people that truly care about you and become your friends. Plenty of learning opportunities to advance your skills.

Cons

Precoa's values of "kindness, progression, and craftsmanship" do not align with upper management's actions. They preach these values yet people are stuck in roles getting extremely underpaid compared to their worth and skills. There's a lot of sexism happening at the company, men are promoted far more often than women being handed promotions left and right. The operations team is extremely undervalued and certainly does not get the recognition they deserve. Management is extremely hands-off which can be good in some cases, but in this case, teams aren't getting recognized for their hard work. Something must change or there will be a lot of employee turnover, which is already increasing as time goes on.

Pros

Great people Really supportive culture Opportunities to be involved in more than job title/description

Cons

Salaries for the most hard working teams/people are disgracefully low Needs to be more cross-collaboration within teams and departments Should be more diversity (minorities, women, LGBTQIA+) Lots of talent where they should be promoting from within Need to be investing more in their staff (training, continuing education)
