Culture - Everyone at Precoa aims to make everyone feel like a family. I worked remotely and in the home office and everyone cared about individuals for more than just what they could add in a work setting. Leadership - Leaders are focused on growing, but growing in the right way. They know that starts with people and are intent on helping individuals reach their potential. Leaders invited innovation and communication. I was always surrounded by smart, motivated, kind people. Everything - I loved working at this company and the people there. The only reason I left was to move cities. If you have an opportunity to work for Precoa, you should absolutely take it. You will not regret it.
Cons
The only downside is the industry of funerals, but Precoa is working to change the way people view funerals and are actually doing it.
