Pros

I have worked at Precoa for over 4 years. I love this place and can't imagine working anywhere else. Management cares about employees and provides us with a great work/life balance. Our company strives to be the best in everything we do and I love being a part of that! There isn't a day that I don't look forward to coming into work.

Cons

The kindness the company shows to its employees gets taken advantage of and it's hard to see that happen.

Pros

The culture is non other. Fair and equal opportunity employer. Management really takes the time to get to know you and what motivates you. They sure know how to throw an event....shout out to the events team. The executives are amazing. The employees are kind and caring. The planners have an opportunity to bonus with no caps or ceiling.

Cons

Base pay could be better

Pros

The mission of the company is real and actual impacts lives. The people who make up the company are genuinely good people. And they care a lot about their employees (almost to a fault) despite what some employees think. The somewhat unstructured "start up" feel allows for flexibility and autonomy in your role. Character goes a long way here.

Cons

Sometimes we'd like to move fast but in reality things move pretty slow. Customer service is so high that sometimes we bend over backwards for everyone and its given customers and employees the impression that we never say no, which can be dangerous. With autonomy (a pro) comes a lack of training from management. But this is getting better.
