Pros

I really have enjoyed my time with Predicine and I've been an employee for about a month now. It great to have a opportunity to work so closely with Shidong and Pan the CEO and founders. They are extremely friendly and approachable. They remember your name and face and often ask if there is anything that can do to improve your time with the company.

Cons

The facilities could be better but it is understandable since Predicine's recent growth has been so rapid, they need some time to catchup to the employee's needs.
