Great camaraderie among staff; I felt welcomed as soon as I came on board. Can ask questions and receive support from entire team including the VPs and even the CEO. Lots of room to learn a variety of tasks and skills; high possibility of growth and internal promotions.

Cons

Some may say there is no structure but it is a part of rapid growth. A lot of things change on the fly and you have to be able to think quick and take action. Slight lack of training when you first start, but if you need help you just have to ask. Can work all hours of the day, including weekends.
