Decent base pay. Confirm what others have posted, management and HR Mandated positive Glassdoor reviews several months ago to obscure the poor rating of the company

Cons

Company refused to pay bonuses and Stock Options. CEO highly dishonest about commitments, I have witnessed numerous contractors refused payment despite delivering quality work. Extreme micromanagement. Recording of all meetings is mandated. Employees are expected to share hotel rooms at International conferences. Company CEO heads most if not all functions and is the sole decision maker in the company, so complete lack of empowerment across the org and also do not have someone with deep experience leading most functions (eg. A scientist heading legal, marketing, BD, etc...) It is laughable. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
