      The people are nice, and free food most days

      Not considerate of personal issues, apparently my job is more important than my kids. & I feel like the pay could be a bit more

      Good Company, as long as you put your life on hold for them

      - good benefits - team atmosphere - annual bonus

      Cons

      - cannot change availability even when life events come up - required weekends - uncaring, aggressive management - will block promotions for petty reasons

      Plagued by Office Politics and Stunted Career Advancement

      Great co-workers that you work direct with/on the same level.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and a lot of office politics. Favoritism is one of the only ways to advance in a career.
