Pros

Starting payrate is based on education. I received good raises the 1st year, but little after that (0-2%). Good variety of job tasks and people working there. I made alot of friends that I still keep in contact with. Not much room for advancement unless someone leaves. Percentage of young co-workers if high and is a good stepping stone for college students, or professionals starting out in the finance field.

Cons

Hours stink. Building is open 8 am to midnight. Don't count on ever working a 7 to 4 or 8 to 5 M-F job. If you are older and/or someone who has a family to go home to, the young crowd can get on your nerves. Co-workers were not the cleanest people. The company really cut corners on everything ie - heat/ac, supplies, employee picnic food and prize give aways.

Pros

If you are a hard worker and are willing to receive it, they are very willing to give responsibility.

Cons

The pay is low, but the experience is priceless.
