Thank you for your feedback! As a company, we strongly value promoting our current staff. We do post all of our open positions internally and encourage our staff to apply for these positions. There are many opportunities for staff members to advance, whether that be in their department or any department within PCI. As with any business pyramid, there does come a point where the next level has fewer positions available; therefore, fewer opportunities to advance. We are continuing to work on providing areas of growth when this does occur, and as we continue to grow the company itself, new opportunities may open up that previously had not existed.

Pros

Flexible schedule that works around school. VERY VERY EASY JOB.

Cons

The job becomes boring very quickly. You do the same think all day and have to listen to callers who half the time are hard to hear and not fun to work with. Makes it hard to care about the work. The pay isn't the best and benefits are a joke. They shove the values in your face but don't always abide by them.

Pros

Fun company events, casual dress/theme days, free meals, lots of room for advancement, newly updated generous benefits, decent pay, flexible hours

Cons

Some managers only like certain people and they seem to pick and choose who gets what position and deny people who are qualified. Also work can get boring if call volume is low and you can risk getting sent home early when you want/need your full hours.
