Pros

Hours are flexible, Many opportunities to move around the company in terms of promotions

Cons

It feels like staff is underpaid, When I was there it felt like management was only in it to make money for themselves (underpay employees, lack of ethics when it came to dealing with customers) - however as I understand there is new management and this may have changed.

Pros

The benefits included in the job are great and they work well around scheduling conflicts such as school.

Cons

Training is very intense and you are expected to pick up the training quickly. The job is high stress because training starts in the collection department where you frequently get yelled at by customers on the phone. There are frequent performance reviews and you are expected to not make a single mistake.
