People first mentality! PCI treats their employees like individual people not as a number. PCI is amazing at employee engagement, they offer opportunities for development, they hold lower performers accountable (thank gosh!), pay is very fair, great end of year bonus program for ALL employees, and they celebrate diversity and inclusion. Communication is excellent and PCI gives back to the local community. Hands down, best employer I’ve ever worked for!

Cons

Lots of great things going on and changes to develop new tech. This means there’s a lot going on and not enough time in the work day to get ahead since PCI strongly supports work-life balance.
