      Pros

      Premera wants to be an industry leader, and sincerely cares about the community, the members, and listens to their employees. There's a lot of positive energy and desire to always do better.

      Cons

      We have been going through rough times, changes galore, and changes in leadership. It's hard on the staff, but we will get through it and be better for it.
