Pros

Great people. Moving toward a health vision that will help them for the 21st century. They have put new values in place that will support Premera's evolution.

Cons

The insurance industry is slow to change. There is a challenge to move the industry at the pace that will be required to be successful in the future. Premera faces the same challenge. The jury is out on our ability to move quickly.

Pros

Steady, reliable work. Lots to learn, easy to advance up short distances, great location. Great place to get your foot into the industry.

Cons

Hard to advance past a certain point. Sweeping company changes resulting in multiple and ongoing lay offs. Management communication is poor, but they are working on it.
