      Pros

      Pays well, good benefits, nice facilities and equipment (IT), Quiet work environment, job security, decent food on site. Not too far out of Seattle.

      Cons

      Extremely boring and slow paced. They do not promote creativity or fun, or a work / life balance in any way. Older demographics (con for younger people). Lots of contract workers.

      Pros

      There really are not very many good reasons to work at Premera other than it's a job. So with that said, the best reason, is the flex time.

      Cons

      You get treated like crap. You are expected to be perfect, which is impossible, we are not God and even robots and their own system make mistakes.
