Pros

Benefits are great! Many of the coworkers are great too. IT is mostly remote

Cons

Pushing most of the FTE out in favor of Offshore. Many layoffs over the last few years and FTE percent is down to around 30%. Some teams are WAY overloaded while others don't have enough work. Great company really seems to be losing their way!

Pros

Company is very flexible with early or late hours, time off for appointments and PTO.

Cons

Direction of work changes constantly. One week leadership will want to go down one path and the next week they’ll want to go on another and then switch back. Inconsistent support- If you get on a team with a supportive leader and work very hard, they will help support you, your work, and your career. Otherwise you are left in a dead end job full of chaos.
