Pros

Easy commute, good benefits, competitive wages. Plenty of opportunity to make a difference and do great work.

Cons

Great work isn't valued, and expectations shift in the sand. Highly reactive and punitive culture, and true leadership is rare. Priorities and direction are always changing, and too few managers are able to lead teams in strategy and execution.

There are a few employees with less than four years that are fantastic to work with - good energy and drive.

Cons

There are too many employees who are coasting through their careers rising to management positions with limited leadership and communication abilities (no ambition). I feel like I took 10 giant steps backwards in my career. Limited career development opportunities for administrative assistants
