Pros

Great benefits not just health and life insurance but much more. PTO is good. Coworkers are amazing and most management is hellpful

Cons

Very very stressful. Only get 8 sec between calls if that. We are micromanaged and each call is recorded and scrutinized. I was docked because I miss a letter on a RX in my notes.

Company offers great health benefits, a matching 401k and a pension! Also offers a good amount of PTO.

Cons

The company is attempting to offshore as many positions as possible! Also, Premera is investing heavily into AI to reduce as many positions as possible. Since starting there 8 years ago, the company has lost all culture and personal feel for its employees.
