Great doctors, great nurses, very relaxed environment, patients were great, outpatient environment, everyone worked well together

Only con is that it was part time, with some weeks only having 20 hours a week scheduled

There is the possibility of getting a union.

Cons

Pay is higher at Kettering. They make you pay for parking. Working conditions continue to deteriorate. Management is disconnected at best, hostile at times. People get open management jobs by knowing someone, not promoting those qualified who are already working on the unit. Chronically understaffed, but no open positions on the unit, or there are positions posted online, but those qualified people who apply never hear back.
