Onboarding is not for the weak. It had been many years since I was a new hire. If you hit a bump in the road there was at least an extension to call for direction. I was often sent a link. Sometimes the link works, sometimes it doesn’t for a variety of reasons. Reached out to the IT department more than once. Not sue how I ended up with 2 usernames but I think that was the cause of Microsoft blocking me on access to tasks. Also struggled with getting the Now app to work. Seems to be working better recently.
