      Paid on time without concern.

      Cons

      Mediocre pay and leadership. Was a steady paycheck. No advancement within company after obtaining MSN. Sacrificed numerous days and shifting work hours to accommodate company for 7 years with no incentives in return besides pay. Management changes frequently with selected leaders who perform poorly and cause high staff turnover.

      Working at Premier Health has been good beginner clinical experience. I have worked as a tech for 2 years, and now as a nurse extern. Staffing on the ICUs is generally good. Incentives for extra time are good. Managers are easily accessible. Employee benefits include 403b matching.

      Cons

      The cons are similar to most other healthcare jobs. Med surg has poor staffing. The company prioritizes profits over patients or employees. Nurses and techs are not valued.
