      Its a job. They do have remote work in certain departments.

      Cons

      Supervisor micro-,manages. Targets those she doesn't like. Does not mentor. She has favorites and openly showes that. Productivity comes before everything.

      Pros

      You'll make some good friends. Incentives are great. Lots of growth opportunities. Good Cafeteria.

      Cons

      Horrible ratios. Toxic cliquey environment on some floors, not dealt with by management. Management is not interactive towards nightshift, they make little effort. Company doesn't care about struggles on the floor (apparent by the removal of Team Leads and AOs for financial gain).
