The trauma doctors and surgeons were extremely kind and willing to teach. Even more so than the nursing "preceptors" I was assigned to.

Cons

Ridiculous expectations, verbal abuse, mental abuse, a "nurses eat their young" type of atmosphere, unsafe work conditions, unsafe patient to nurse ratios, ROACHES!!!! in the rooms, the list goes on and on
