      Pros

      Great staff that always works together The best Neonatologists around Excellent care is always given to the infant and family Nurses can be advocates for their tiny patients

      Cons

      The hospital is run as a business Management does not address staff concerns Benefit cost increases every year with significant less coverage Raises are minimal and cost of living raises are unheard of anymore

      High Acuity, Variety of units,

      Cons

      Upper management continues to cut in all areas. Recently cut time off accrual. Now closing cafeteria for night shift employees. Cut backs to all areas show. Environmental services are not able to clean the way is needed. Some units are downright gross. OR staff cut to minimum. Staff morale at all time low. But, the corporate offices are nice and shiny and the ceo still has her time off.

      Good place to work, but not really in tune with all employee needs! Runs as business needs and incentives have been declining.
