      Pros

      The staff are like family if you are in their circle. The visitors are friendly.

      Cons

      You don't feel valued by some of the leadership. Not good at using home grown talent.

      Pros

      It is an established and awarded Magnet facility. Autonomy for nursing is expected. The Team Work between ALL Interdisciplinary members is beyond amazing.

      Cons

      There aren't really many cons. Upon being hired, job descriptions are clear. This is a facility that is well established and award winning. A Level I Trauma center, and the first Comprehensive Stroke Center in the Dayton area. The expectations are set high for every employee, you either fulfill those expectations or move on.
