      Pros

      For a food serving job it pays decent. There are a lot of other jobs to move to in Premier if you'd like.

      Cons

      Horrible management structure from the top down. Business minded instead of healthcare. Patient safety is at risk with shortages in staffing and unhappy overworked staff members in all departments. Went one year with no raise, only had 3 small bonuses in the 9 years I've been there. Health insurance moved to their own company and it's embarrassingly bad. Rates and copay's keep rising with no extra benefits.

      Stable consistent management who look after their employees. On a regular basis they have one-on-one meetings to discuss employee satisfaction and group events to keep employees informed of current and trending events and decisions.

      Cons

      pays below the national average but at the local level. Is slow at times to accept employee input on job specifications and very little or no formalized training for job duties.
