Flexibility in arrival and departure hours. The organization believes in keeping their staff healthy physically. The restaurant & coffee services provided.
Cons
1- Not allowed to work out full 2 week notice and asked to leave without pay prior to your resignation date given. There is no benefit to giving a notice if you are asked to leave and be unpaid between jobs. 2- Does not provide sufficient training for the job yet expected to perform in an experienced manner with current software, etc... 3- As a new hire, expected to pick up the pieces of your predecessor when immediately walking through the door even though mgt can not understand or truly explain what the predecessor did in the first place in their work product that is left to really help you.
