      Pros

      Great buildings, nice landscaping. Nice color of blue.

      Cons

      They treat their employees a dime a dozen, butt in seat. Everyone treated the same no matter job title. They pick and choose who their rules are for. Discriminatory practices, revolving door for hiring and firing. The only people that want to work there are desperate and cannot find jobs elsewhere. Management do not follow corporate rules and guidelines. CBO makes up rules and changes rules daily all depending how the wind blows. They treat rules and guidelines like spaghetti, throw it against the wall and see if it sticks. Beware, the CBO is a truly horrible place to work, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

      compensation is good, holiday bonus, nice location and building, good benefits, company does seem to be interested in its employees, professional atmosphere

      Cons

      very little autonomy as a nurse, feeling that administration thinks staff is incompetent, everything is audited and double checked
