      Experience in a level 1 Trauma hospital

      Cons

      Staffing shortage, float you everywhere, sign-n bonuses for new RNs but zero retention benefits for those RNs already there holding it together! Constantly adding more menial tasks to already overloaded staff.

      You get to do a lot of Venipuncture.

      Cons

      After 90 days, no matter how great your work experience and results are.... you are useless to this office unless you kiss everyone's posterior and make friends.
