      You have the ability to work multiple types of nursing within one facility. The administration keep things current with technology

      Cons

      When going for a managerial position they tend to squee the interview to get the person they want to climb the ladder. Administration is not always open and honest with current ideas.

      Get to work from home one day a week, 1$ raise every year, great opportunity for Epic experience, best Epic hospital in Dayton

      Cons

      Don't expect any promotions, top heavy, whether you work hard or bare minimum you will advance at the same rate, lots of "lifers" collecting nicer paychecks for little work because they have worked there so long, below average industry pay, hire leadership positions externally versus internally
