Some units have great people and teamwork, but turnover is high, so a great unit this year could be terrible next year.

Cons

Night shift, no cafeteria or coffee shop on weekends. Health insurance is expensive. Policies are not enforced equally, a good amount of favoritism.

Starting pay is ok Health insurance is offered but very expensive. Depending on manager, can be an ok place to work.

Cons

Raises are very meager Benefits are not great Expensive health insurance No discounts in local cafeteria or coffee shop.
