      Level one trauma center. Great for experience

      Cons

      Management. Will never have the employees back. They will error on side of caution. If you’ve made it long enough to be in the “in” crowd your good. But if you are not you’ll see your way out. CEO. She’ll receive one heck of a bonus yearly. But the staff will end up getting a very small raise. But they’ll blame it in satisfaction surveys. It all starts with the higher ups and trickles down Under staffed they’re okay to work you short handed and run you to the ground. Putting patients at risk. And your license No longer the regions leader by far. Pay is way too low for amount they put on your plate
