      The clinicians and care givers truly are good people who care about their patients

      It's all about the $$, Upper management has no conscience for their employees, and will only do what is most profitable and make them look good.

      The staff are like family if you are in their circle. The visitors are friendly.

      You don't feel valued by some of the leadership. Not good at using home grown talent.

      Pros

      For a food serving job it pays decent. There are a lot of other jobs to move to in Premier if you'd like.

      Cons

      Horrible management structure from the top down. Business minded instead of healthcare. Patient safety is at risk with shortages in staffing and unhappy overworked staff members in all departments. Went one year with no raise, only had 3 small bonuses in the 9 years I've been there. Health insurance moved to their own company and it's embarrassingly bad. Rates and copay's keep rising with no extra benefits.
