      Working at the hospital has been a great experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Learned problem solving skills quickly

      Benefits are terrible, keep taking from employees and not giving back. Employee satisfaction is very low. Expectations of managers is so great, we can't get anything completed. Too many meeting. Short staffed all the time
