Pros

Pretty decent work/life balance. Some flexibility is allowed to do your job in an independent manner.

Cons

Has the feel of working for the government. Some people have been there a long time and don't try to adapt and keep their skills up. Management doesn't seem very impressive and don't tend to deal with personnel problems promptly.
