Unlimited pto, good work life balance

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about employees as evident by laying off more then 60 people with 1 days notice despite many of those people coming from their most profitable branches. Pay is also on the lower end of the roofing market. Advancement is hard at the branch level- your either a project manager or you're the GM, so career growth is capped unless you want to move to sec

It was great working with Travis and Adam and Jackson - Every body there from the project managers to the crews to the ladies in the office were amazing to work with and always worked hard for the good of the team . Great training process and pay structure. Everyone is off in the winter

Door to Door and Heights arent for everyone - but then again thats why they pay so well
