A very well organized company with a culture of caring for one another and the customer. Excellent growth provides good opportunity to advance a career.

Cons

With fast growth comes some growing pains, but leadership seems quick to respond with more reinforcements and better processes.

The money can be very good and the winters off is a plus

Cons

Very questionable business practice. They find every opportunity to steal your commission. At the end of the sales season if they do t think you sold enough they will not pay you your remaining commissions. It also takes almost six months to start receiving your commission checks. I had almost $10,000 in commission for jobs that were complete that I never received.

Pros

Great atmosphere, reasonable managers, team outings, free food, overall company culture. Interesting work with long term growth opportunities. Company dress code is business casual, and lots of free, branded clothing is provided, with encouragement for office staff to wear "Premier gear." Sales staff may be actually required to wear this, I'm not sure. Over all, a definite keeper!

Cons

Lots of change. Possible con: very fast paced & lots of moving parts.
