Pros

Im still fairly new with Premier Roofing. They invest a lot of time and money into new reps. I also admire how devoted Premier is to making sure our customers are given the highest quality product. Ive done my research on other roofing companies in the area and none of them come close to matching Premier in quality, reputation and customer service.

Cons

All of the downsides I've experienced here are completely out of Premier Roofings control. Door to Door.

We run out of Grandma cookies fast at our Colorado Springs branch. It's my fault though.

I chose Premier Roofing because of the instant optimism and support that I received the day of my interview. I instantly felt valued, confident and motivated. The managers are great leaders and intrinsically motivate you because they care about your growth and success. This company does an incredible job incorporating corporate governance while aligning incentives of the lowest level employees with the highest. Your supervisor will work day in and day out to maximize your success. The sky is the limit when it comes to compensation, this job will weed out lazy and unmotivated co-workers quickly. The process from the sale to the end day of insurance finalization is a well oiled machine. I got an opportunity for a promotion only after a year and I now have valuable skills for my future. I strongly recommend jumping in and giving it your all. You will enjoy the autonomy of the position and your opportunity to earn your worth

Cons

Communication: Premier does lots of things well and addresses issues instantly but communication of essential details are often times not communicated as quick as they should be. This can often be an issue of large corporations but is addressed right away. Which is evident of a corporation with a growth mindset.
