Pros

The company culture is amazing! I instantly felt like part of the Premier family from day 1. Lots of team building inside and outside of work and fun trips for top performers. Hard work is definitely rewarded, and there is also a great Rep Referral Plan that allows current employees to refer friends and family for jobs in the Sales Management Training Program and to earn bonuses at the end of the year for their successful referrals. Sales Reps have the opportunity to make crazy good money (up to six figures!!), get promoted in less than 12 months, and take a lot of time off during the winter. Management is very involved in day-to-day operations of the company, yet does so without micromanaging. It is definitely one of the most efficiently run companies I have ever seen - they have mastered their art and stick to what they know works. There are currently 5 Premier locations throughout the country, and they are all equally awesome. This is a growing company with unlimited potential for the future, you should definitely work here!!

Cons

I would like to see health/dental/vision insurance instead of a Health Reimbursement Account in the future as the company grows, but other than that I don't have a single complaint about Premier.

Pros

Great money, great people, you learn skills that most companies can't or won't teach you, very serious though your training that allows you to become very successful if you hold yourself accountable and work hard.

Cons

If you don't like to work hard, you won't succeed. If you afraid to ask for someone's business, you won't succeed.

Pros

You will work with great people. There is a simple equation to the job... The harder you work the more money you will make. I worked with Premier for 3 years and was promoted every year and doubled my money every year that I was there. I worked out of the Colorado Springs branch and it was a great place to work. If you get the opportunity to work there I would say do not hesitate, It will change your life. For me it was not only about the money but more about the experience that I received working for Premier. I am leaving this job with so many skills that many of my friends in other industries do not have and I am well above where they are in the work force. The only reason I am leaving this job is because I am from the south and it is time for me to go back home.

Cons

If you do decide to Leave Premier there is not a good exit strategy. You will be leaving money on the table. When I told Premier that I was leaving they put my commissions on hold and I realized really quick that I probably will not see another dollar from Premier. I felt betrayed by the company because they did not tell me that this would happen. I found out because my checks just stopped coming without warning. Every situation is different and this might not happen to you.
