      Pros

      Management is great with really good one on one training. Have winters off is good for anyone who wants to travel during the colder months. If you put in the time and work hard you will be successful.

      Cons

      1099 job with only commission pay. Door to door cold selling. To make good money you have to work long hours 7 days a week.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for years and the best part about the place is that things get better every year I'm here and it keeps growing. It's not an old company, most of the people who work there are in their 30s or younger, but everyone is really professional, takes their job seriously, and tries to help out. I don't know what else I'd do if I didn't work at Premier- but I use them as the standard for company culture and professionalism.

      Cons

      Things tend to change a lot every year, especially with technology and processes, but it seems like they're stabilizing and the company won't be rewriting the playbook again any time soon.
