Great people to work with and that makes all the difference. Great company to work for. They value work-life balance. Salary increases yearly. Earn more PTO the longer you are here.

Cons

Procedures aren't very clear on some things and change often.

There is great management /leadership in place as well as good benefits, they are very focused on work /life balance at Premise.

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult having corporate be out of state and it effects ability to participate in corporate events
