      -client having ever changing expectations - at times, you function as several departments- HR, IT, Credentialing, Benefits, Maintenance, Housekeeping

      Weekends off. 1 hour lunch.

      Cons

      Laid off with zero severance and health care was cancelled immediately, Management is horrible. Company policies are terrible. Very low job security. Very low trust organization.
