Pros

The salary is superior compared to other companies in my area for type of job I do. I have full support from my line of service management team.

Cons

Like other places of employment, there is some internal conflict some of which has gone unresolved and led to staff turnover. Some operational leadership does not understand the differing roles within the organization and do not communicate with staff.

Excellent pay, excellent pace, focus is actually on patient outcomes rather than squeezing money out of the healthcare system and burning out all the employees.

Cons

There are no opportunities for overtime.
