Ability to try new things, innovate, support from c-suite. c-suite very approachable.

Cons

still working through the merger of 2 disparate cultures to form a Premise culture. this will take time and progress has been made since the merger

Love the CEO-very transparent and genuine with team members. Laid back environment with opportunity for flexible hours. Company understands that work life balance is important.

I feel that I am not utilized fully. Try to ask to be more involved, met with ok, then never a follow through.
