      great work-life balance. On site fitness center, On site medical provider

      Too many Chiefs and not enough and not enough workers. managers, directors, and VP have very few if any direct reports.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Premise Health for several reasons. Leadership is very supportive and flexible. They do what they can to help you be successful in your role while also understanding that you have a life/family outside of work. When unexpected situations arise in your life outside of work, leadership is flexible and understanding. The amount of PTO and compensation is very good compared to other organizations I have worked for. I would also be mistaken if I did not mention that the mission of the company to help others get, stay and be well directly aligns with my personal and professional goals which I value a great deal.

      Cons

      The company does not offer tuition reimbursement if you would like to continue your education.
